Clinton at 2003 Harkin Fry

A new friend at the library convinced me to post on this subject. He said the partisan nature of the material would be offset by the freedom of all interest peers to use RPXP. So here goes.

Back in my naive youth of 1999, I wrote and faxed a letter to several US Senators on the subject of Bill Clinton's honor. Although I cringe now at my innocence, I am proud of the initiative, prose and logical argument.

The best evidence of the truth of my argument can be found in any contemporary speech by Clinton. Here are some highlights from a September 2003 speech in Iowa:
